Recently, the lightweight aggregate modular concrete equipment pioneered by Hezhu successfully discharged materials from the China Construction Deep Installation Modular Housing Factory and successfully completed the trial production of the prototype project. The China Construction Deep Installation Modular Housing Factory project is located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, and uses one set of customized lightweight aggregate modular concrete from HeZhu. The concrete station is designed and developed in conjunction with China Construction Deep Installation Production Technology, with the design principles of "high production efficiency, high reliability, and low investment cost". Through multi-level inspections of the structural form, component parts, control system, and concrete station, the efficiency and ultra-high reliability of the concrete station are fully guaranteed.

In the project design phase, due to the need to utilize existing workshop construction and limited conditions, unlike conventional mixing equipment, it can meet the construction needs of the project. In addition to considering the special characteristics of each raw material, it is also necessary to meet the inherent 9-meter upper limit height and 3.6-meter unloading height requirements within a 24 meter square indoor area. At the same time, it is necessary to consider reducing the excavation volume of concrete station foundations to lower the production cost of concrete foundations. In order to ensure the smooth construction and stable operation of the concrete station under limited conditions, the construction technology team and the expert team of China Construction Deep Installation Technology have conducted multiple technical discussions and scheme screenings, and finally decided to use a high-end customized conveying system to solve material conveying. By adopting a modular construction plan of steel structure foundation, mixing main building, and bucket type lifting conveyor, the basic production cost and construction difficulties under limited space can be reduced.

After overcoming these technical challenges, experts from China Construction Deep Installation Engineering Group combined the product characteristics of lightweight aggregate concrete and proposed the idea of increasing production capacity. In such a limited environment, this idea undoubtedly posed another test for the technical team of Hezhu. After several arguments, the first single station dual host solution for indoor confined spaces emerged. You should know that this construction method is almost unparalleled even in the traditional mixing industry, let alone in the limited conditions of indoor environments. This is a bold technological attempt. The practical results have proved that while improving production efficiency, the concrete station has fully realized the customer's maximum production capacity concept within the limited space.

During the project construction process, the difficulty of installing equipment in such a limited space can be imagined. The HeZhu technical service team overcame the impact of construction operations in limited space through scientific planning and coordinated promotion, worked overtime to seize the construction period, and successfully completed the trial production of the first round of model projects for China Construction's deep installation modular houses. This project, through the application of modular intelligent solutions, has broken the impact of limited space on the working environment, while flexibly increasing efficiency, ensuring the installation progress and production safety of the project.
