The Xinzhuang Bay Cultural and Tourism Camp project is located next to the National Convention and Exhibition Center in Jinnan District, Tianjin. The project adopts the first cultural and tourism module housing "Hezhu. Yunjing" series products created by Hezhu, which is like a dream floating in the clouds. The building covers an area of 24.32 square meters and has a building area of 21 square meters, with independent bathrooms and open living areas. The project took only 10 days from design and production to fine decoration delivery, saving more than half of the time compared to traditional construction projects. Customer feedback: The heaviness brought by concrete modular buildings is incomparable to other forms of construction; At the same time, the intelligent living system not only enhances the living experience, but also effectively reduces energy consumption, achieving dual benefits of environmental protection and economy.
